Shipping policy

At Kannauj, we ensure that our heritage fragrances are delivered to your doorstep with the same care and precision used in their distillation. We partner with the most reliable courier services in Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery.

1. Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your signature scents to you as quickly as possible:

  • Karachi: 3–4 business days.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 5–7 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 7–10 business days.

Note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed during public holidays, high-demand sales events (like Blessed Friday), or unexpected weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 8,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan to make your shopping experience seamless.

  • Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders are verified via a phone call or WhatsApp message to +92 319 1319782. Unverified orders will be cancelled after 48 hours of inactivity.

  • Payment: Please ensure the exact amount is ready when the rider arrives.

  • Open Box Policy: As per courier company regulations in Pakistan, riders are not permitted to allow customers to open the package before payment is made. For any issues after opening, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via:

  1. Email: sent to info@kannauj.pk
  2. SMS/WhatsApp: sent to your provided mobile number. You can track your parcel directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Packaging & Handling

Our perfumes are housed in glass bottles. To ensure they reach you intact:

  • Each bottle is wrapped in multiple layers of shock-absorbent bubble wrap.

  • Packages are sealed with Kannauj branded tape to prevent tampering.

  • If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including prominent landmarks, to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete addresses or the unavailability of the recipient at the provided location.
