Welcome to Kannauj. This website (kannauj.pk) is operated by Kannauj. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kannauj. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Authenticity & Scent Perception

  • Originality: We guarantee that all products sold under the Kannauj brand are authentic and distilled according to our heritage standards.

  • Scent Subjectivity: Scent is a subjective experience. We do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell exactly as you imagine. Factors such as skin chemistry, humidity, and temperature can affect the longevity and "notes" of a perfume.

  • Longevity: While our perfumes are designed for high performance, we do not guarantee a specific number of hours of "staying power" as this varies by user.

3. Accuracy of Pricing and Billing

  • Prices: All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number (+92 319 1319782) provided at the time the order was made.

  • COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, we reserve the right to cancel orders that remain unverified via phone or WhatsApp after two attempts.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Kannauj" name, logo, bottle designs, and all content on this website (text, images, and video) are the intellectual property of Kannauj. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

5. Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like courier tracking) or links to third-party websites (like payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of these third-party services.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.
  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  • To spam, phish, or crawl our store’s data.

Kannauj shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products. Our perfumes are for external use only.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
